This quote was waiting for me in my inbox this morning... coincidence? Hmmmm...
It was a morning when I was diligently checking in with my thoughts and setting my intentions for the day. Trying to pay attention to my thoughts... recognizing the need to keep constant vigilance to the things in my head that were getting all of my attention and what I'm putting out there.
We attract what we believe.
We grab the morning paper, look at the news; check the weather, look at our calendars, check our emails, check our finances; look in the frig, and so on and so on....but do we put checking our thoughts on the list of the 'things to do' before we get started for our day? Likely, no. Sadly, no. That's not a habit...Yet.
